Edgars welcomes Hugh Shepherd as Planner.

Edgars, the Oxfordshire based planning consultancy, has this month welcomed Hugh Shepherd as a planner.

Hugh began his planning career in the public sector, before moving into the private sector where he gained a number of years’ experience working on projects in the residential, educational and heritage sectors within the Oxfordshire and Thames Valley regions. He has provided planning consultancy advice to a range of clients, assisting them to understand the planning system and achieve their ambitions for development. Hugh specialises in project management, preparing planning applications, appeal work, development appraisals and promoting land through the local planning process, primarily within the residential and education sectors.

Hugh was elected a member of the Chartered Town Planning Institute in February 2018 having completed an undergraduate Town and Country Planning degree at Newcastle University and a MSc in Planning, Sustainability and Climate Change also at Newcastle University.
