We’re pleased to have recently secured a planning committee resolution to approve outline planning permission for the erection of 55 dwellings together with the creation of new areas of open space, landscaping, and all enabling works on land off the A4095, North Leigh.
In 2018, we secured consent for 50 dwellings on this site for Rectory Homes, which has now been built and is known as Marlborough Gardens. We have continued to work with Rectory Homes to secure approval for a further phase of 55 dwellings.
As the project planning consultant, we collaborated with a talented project team, including Thrive Architects, Nicholsons Lockhart Garrett, Tree Frontiers, Hepworth Acoustics, Paul Basham Associates, HCUK Group, and Thames Valley Archaeological Services to guide the design proposals through to approval via planning committee on 30th January 2023.
Throughout the planning application process, we proactively maintained communication with the planning officer to ensure lines of communication were always open and consultee comments were addressed and resolved efficiently.
The client, Rectory Homes, was thrilled with the positive outcome and we look forward to seeing the development come to life in the near future.
