CE SECBE award winners
28th June 2024

On Thursday 27 June, our team headed to the Royal Lancaster in London for the Constructing Excellence SECBE awards ceremony.

The Constructing Excellence SECBE awards celebrate outstanding teams, partnerships, and projects in London and the South East.

Hosted by broadcaster and journalist, Charlie Webster, we were delighted to receive the SME of the Year award.

The judges commented that Edgars:

“Stood out and showcased what being an SME is all about. Edgars is a very inclusive, innovative and people-focused business with lots of potential for future growth. We particularly liked the vision and values which they were able to evidence through their presentation and interview.”

The award, which was given to the SME that could most clearly demonstrate how it fosters a culture of inclusivity, prioritises employee professional development, nurtures emerging talent, as well as a commitment to address the skills shortage.

Jayne Norris, Director, Edgars, commented:

“We are proud to receive the SME of the Year award and have our efforts acknowledged by Constructing Excellence. We’re very grateful to all of the talented project teams and consultants we’ve worked alongside and the support from our long-standing clients.”

Congratulations to all of those shortlisted, commended, and fellow winners of the night.
